To request a refill of your pet’s medication, please call our direct line, press option #1 and provide the following information on the voicemail:

  • Your full name
  • Your pet’s name
  • The name of the medication
  • Your phone number and email address

Requests are typically filled within 48 hours, and messages left after 2:00 pm will be received the morning of the following business day. We will contact you when the refill is ready or if we have any questions.
