Medication Refill Request

All refill requests require a review of your pet's medical record. Please allow up to 48 business hours for the request to be reviewed, approved, and available for pick-up. If for some reason we cannot process the refill, someone from our staff will contact you. 

To refill your pet's medication, you may call us or submit your request below:

1. Call us at (978) 283-8883, press option #1, and provide the following information on the voicemail: 
   • Your full name
   • Your pet's name
   • The name of the medication
   • The most recent dosing directions
   • Your phone number and email address
