Kate Graves, DVM

Dr. Kate Graves, a graduate of Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, joined the SeaPort team in 2018 and is our co-Chief of Staff. From an early age, she always knew that she wanted to pursue a career as a veterinarian. Prior to veterinary school, Dr. Graves received her undergraduate degree from Connecticut College and performed cancer research at Children’s Hospital Boston.  Her interests include preventative and wellness care, soft tissue surgery, and feline medicine. 

A native of Hamilton, Dr. Graves currently lives on the North Shore with her boyfriend and their three cats “Carlos,” “Ricky” and “Chowder.” When not treating patients at work, she enjoys traveling, amateur bird watching at Plum Island, and cooking new recipes for family and friends.
